Hi SAP Aspirants,

My this blog is clear view that how you can select SAP as your career path, no doubt SAP is the number one ERP product in the world introduced by SAP Germany and widely used in fortune global 500 companies ,big conglomerates are using it to streamline their business operation in this fast moving competitive world where there is a cut throat competition   .

newbies ,fresh graduates are much inclined towards this product to learn as no doubt lucrative packages are offered in this industry but after you reach to certain level of expertise say an experience ranging from 4to any amount of experience in years ,but the question which comes now is if not having experience can the aspirants still selects it as the competition  is high and every one is going for this niche

see experience comes only when you gets a chance to work and never forget one thing the masters of today were the learners of yesterday .my intention here is not demoralize the youngsters but want to show them the right path as how they can be the masters of this niche 

Generally when somebody conceives an idea to to sap how it comes to the mind?

1. might be heard with somebody told that you must do sap because its most demanding
2. there is a thinking that if I do sap I will be getting skyrocketing salary
3. doing sap I can rule over the other employees or bosses around me because they are novice in the area
4. then there could be the reason as your current job expectation is to upgrade in SAP
5. continuous upgrade and changing technologies overnight we are burdened to equip yourself to master the technology no doubt we have to

These could be the reasons why we are confronted with SAP, now when it comes to freshers how they must select the module they want to go plays a crucial role into their career. Take for example there is a graduate in finance or accounting I would definitely recommend SAP Finance (FI) module for him because he have the conceptual/subjective understanding of the business process in F&A

On the contrary, if he/she is backed by domain expertise, say for example 2-3 years of expertise in  the same it will be nice to have. now the thing comes to sap experience either u are fresher sap or experience you have to start anyhow as fresher as there is no dearth of fresher requirement globally but you have to try different employment channels ,updating your resume on the company’s portal  (very important) as most of them are only focusing on job portals, keep on updating profiles on LinkedIn and so on.

Getting success in SAP and adopting it as a career as per my recommendation is to follow below guidelines

1. select a right institution which is Authorized/accredited by SAP 
2. If your budget doesn’t allow you to do so, Please ask for  a certified Trainer or with good student feedback at least.
3. The course may be of two months or three months but mind it you have to practice it rigorously at least a year to understand it
4. select a right book to understand it in depth
5. be the part of communities and friends those are associated with SAP
6. Never ever try to put fake experiences in SAP ,go green and go clean in this industry
7. read blogs ,I will be creating more information for you
8. must have and should increase your English communication skills, join some personality development programs ,read English newspapers, watch English Hollywood movies etc.
9. Never ever see the monetary benefit  I mean   if price of the course is less doesn’t mean it is good ,on the contrary if the price is high   it can be good ,it could be any scenario, try to   analyze your need and desires ultimately
